Assignments: My Thoughts

I am familiar with assignment protocol and routine of this course. Towards the end of last semester, I learned to especially love the storytelling assignments each week. As I viewed other stories through commenting, I continued to be inspired to become more innovative with my stories. I think at first, I was intimidated to use creative freedom, but after I read people using different points of view and other unique literary techniques, I became more comfortable. This semester I hope to be more engaged when reading the stories, while making in-depth analyses in the notes. Hopefully, these type of notes will give me the tools to write from new perspectives. One of my goals in this class this semester is to take more advantage of the extra credit opportunities. Of the options this semester, the new Microfiction extra credit assignment seems interesting, and I am intrigued to read about it and give it a go!
